My name’s Rachel, and I go by @tuffbabytattoos on Instagram. I’ve been living in Philly for a little over seven years now, and tattooing for three of them.

I got my start in tattooing as a DIY handpoker. After a few years of learning machine, I started working at Room 67, a woman-owned and queer-friendly studio in Kensington, Philadelphia. My style has significantly transformed in that time, and I’ve loved learning more and more about this craft as I grow into new techniques and became increasingly involved in the tattoo world. Tattooing is so special.

My work is all B&W, with a strong Art Nouveau/Art Deco influence. I enjoy tattooing ladies, other figures, and some ornamental work! You can take a peek at my instagram here.
