My name’s Rachel, and I go by @tuffbabytattoos on Instagram. I’ve been living in Philly for about ten years now, and tattooing for five of them.

I got my start in tattooing as a DIY handpoker. After a few years of learning machine, I started working at Forever Valentine, a shop located inside the historic Bok Building in South Philadelphia. My style has significantly transformed in that time, and I’ve loved learning more and more about this craft as I grow into new techniques and became increasingly involved in the tattoo world. Tattooing is so special.

My work is all B&W, with a strong Art Nouveau/Art Deco influence. I enjoy tattooing ladies, other figures, and some ornamental work! You can take a peek at my instagram here.
